The Montreal Chapter was established in 2006 as one of the initial chapters at YCIF’s inception and is one of the organization’s most active chapters. The Montreal Chapter holds a monthly breakfast series where speakers address a group of 40-50 in a round table discussion. We have a networking platform that has, in the past, consisted of “First Thursdays”, a monthly cocktail bringing together members and potential members alike. More recently, we have implemented the 90/90 Networking Series – the 90 minute meeting format includes 90 second presentations by each participant followed by a “tour de table” exchange. The Montreal Chapter also hosts an annual Think Tank where members retreat for a weekend to exchange ideas on a focused topic relating to the financial industry. Finally, the Montreal Chapter partners with other organizations to provide its members with access to various social, cultural and charitable events.
Our members drive our events! If you would like more information or you would like to get more involved, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
