After joining Videotron in 2004, Manon quickly made a name for herself with her team-building leadership style, innate business sense and remarkable strategic vision. She has headed the company since May 2013. With her team, Manon pursues Videotron's mission of giving Quebecers the best possible telecommunications and entertainment experience.

Over the past 10 years, she has played a key role in Videotron's phenomenal growth, successfully spearheading some of the most important projects in the company's history, including Videotron's entry into the mobile market in record time, the launch of its cable telephone service, the development of Ultimate Speed Internet access services, the introduction of illico TV new generation, illico mobile and Club illico, and most recently the new illico app for the iPad.

Manon Brouillette has occupied a series of key executive positions with Videotron. In 2011, while continuing to serve as Executive Vice-President, she also took charge of digital development for sister company Quebecor Media. In 2012, she became President, Consumer Market, responsible for the key sectors of Videotron's business, including residential services.

In addition to her commitment to Videotron's success, Manon is active in a number of charitable organizations. She currently sits on the Board of the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation and serves as honorary president of the Maison Péladeau rehab centres' annual benefit and honorary co-chair of the "À votre santé" fundraiser for the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Foundation. To help groom the next generation of business leaders, she has been participating since 2013 in the CEO x 1 Day program, which matches university students with CEOs for a day.

Manon Brouillette holds a bachelor's degree in public communications from Université Laval. In 2013, she was awarded the "Gloire de l'Escolle" medal, which recognizes Laval alumni who have done the university proud. In 2014, she received the Germaine-Gibara leadership award in the large company category at the Mercuriades gala, a distinction bestowed by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) to recognize exceptional accomplishment by businesswomen. In 2007, Manon received the prestigious Growth Award from the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and was invited to join the organization's Board the following year.
