A born entrepreneur and avid gamer, Rémi is the President and Executive Producer of Montreal-based Behaviour Interactive. Founded in 1992, the company has over 200 titles under its belt and is one the leading independent video game developers in the world with a growing team of 500 employees.

Rémi has led the successful diversification of Behaviour’s business model and the expansion of its service offering. The company, which once only offered B2B work-for-hire services, is now also the creator of best-selling original games such as Dead by Daylight and a leader in the field of Game Design Thinking for commercial clients. He is relentlessly focused on building collaborative relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Sony, Disney, Activision, Warner Bros, Ubisoft, Microsoft, Google, Bombardier,Wargaming, HBO, Netease, Gaea, La Capitale and many more.

Under Rémi’s leadership, Behaviour has ranked simultaneously among the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ and Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™ from 2006 to 2008. Behaviour was also awarded “Best place to work in Canada” in 2018 by gameIndustry.biz in partnership with the Montreal International Game Summit (MIGS). Moreover, Rémi was inducted into the Canadian Game Development’s Hall of Fame as one of the pioneers of the industry and is a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and the International Game Developers Association.
