Young Canadians in Finance, in partnership with FASKEN, are proud to invite you to our Breakfast Series featuring women in finance: "Women Lead". We will have the pleasure of welcoming Jacqueline Allen, Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Converium Capital.
Our goal is to spark open and candid discussions between pioneering women in finance and young leaders of tomorrow. "Women Lead" aims to promote the transfer of knowledge and experience from one generation to the next, as well as stimulate discussions on opportunities in finance while celebrating and featuring each speaker invited to these meetings.

Jacqueline Allen is the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Converium Capital, a multi-strategy opportunistic investment firm, headquartered in Montreal.
Prior to Converium, Jacqueline was an independent advisor and investor with roles including the Ontario Securities Commission’s Investor Advisory Panel. Prior to that, Jacqueline was at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 18 years and most recently held the position of Head of Electronic, Portfolio, and ETF Trading Distribution in Canada. In her role, she was responsible for a multi-vertical business portfolio of trading products catering to the largest institutional money managers in Canada trading globally, as well as some of the largest global managers trading into Canada. Jacqueline moved to Canada from New York in 1999 where she was an institutional equity trader at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1997, Jacqueline held roles in risk management and tax accounting at SK Group and KPMG respectively. Jacqueline currently serves as a member of BMO Global Asset Management's Independent Review Committee.
Jacqueline holds a Masters of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance and International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.
