Young Canadians in Finance, in partnership with FASKEN, are proud to invite you to our Breakfast Series featuring women in finance: "Women Lead". We will have the pleasure of welcoming Nadia King, Chief Financial Officer of PwC Canada.
Our goal is to spark open and candid discussions between pioneering women in finance and young leaders of tomorrow. "Women Lead" aims to promote the transfer of knowledge and experience from one generation to the next, as well as stimulate discussions on opportunities in finance while celebrating and featuring each speaker invited to these meetings.
We hope to see you there! *Note that this event is designed for all, not only those who identify as female!

Nadia King is the Chief Financial Officer of PwC Canada. She provides strategic oversight of the firm's financial matters and business planning activities to help the firm successfully navigate the evolving business landscape, employ best practices and make strategic investments for the future. Nadia continues to be a practicing assurance partner serving clients in the high net worth and private equity services sectors. Prior to her current role, Nadia was the Mid-Tier Private Equity Leader, and the Private Leader in the GTA region. Nadia provides practical advice and tangible solutions that help owners and leaders achieve their desired returns. With over 20 years of experience, Nadia's main focus areas include serving clients in the real estate and retail and consumer sectors. She also has a significant portfolio of clients in the industrial product and not-for-profit space. Using her knowledge and expertise in Canadian (ASPE and ASNPO), US and IFRS, Nadia is committed to working with her clients to provide a personalized, cost-effective and worry-free engagement. Outside of the office, Nadia is a proud Audit Committee Chair member of the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada and a Governance Committee member for the Urban Land Institute. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, yoga and spending time at her cottage with her husband and two children. Nadia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting as well as her Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and joined PwC in 2001.
